Clients arrive at us from two directions. Some already have a contractor they trust and simply need someone to design the kitchen properly. Others want one person to handle everything and would rather not manage trades at all. Both are legitimate, and we work either way.
A design-only package suits you if you have a contractor already, if you want to shop the cabinetry to several suppliers to compare pricing, or if you are building somewhere we would not be contracting. You receive plans, elevations, and renderings, plus correct dimensions — centimetres for European cabinet brands, inches for local millwork — and an appliance and fixture schedule. It is a complete package any manufacturer can quote from, and you are free to take it wherever you like.
A full-build package suits you if the project is large, if the layout is changing structurally, or if you simply do not want to coordinate a plumber, an electrician, a cabinet installer, and a stone fabricator yourself. We act as general contractor: one contract, one schedule, one point of accountability, and a punch list that actually gets closed out.
The honest test is this — if something goes wrong mid-project, who do you want making the call? If the answer is you, take the design package and keep control. If the answer is anyone but you, take the full build.
